03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
04 - Pour the citrus mixture over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until all elements are moistened and small clumps form.
05 - Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared sheet, gently pressing to shape cohesive clusters.
06 - Refrigerate the clusters for a minimum of 30 minutes to firm up and hold their shape.
07 - Enjoy clusters chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
