# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup unsweetened milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Peach Layer & Toppings

07 - 2 medium ripe peaches, diced (fresh or thawed frozen)
08 - 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
09 - 2 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold in half of the diced peaches into the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to allow oats and chia seeds to absorb liquid and soften properly.
04 - In the morning, stir the mixture thoroughly. Add a splash of milk if the consistency is too thick for your preference.
05 - Divide the oat mixture evenly between two serving bowls. Top with remaining diced peaches, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, and hemp seeds as desired.
