03 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
04 - Remove from refrigeration, stir the chia pudding well to redistribute any settled seeds, and divide evenly between two serving bowls.
