# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 ripe but firm pears, cored and sliced into 8 wedges each

02 - 3.5 oz soft goat cheese (chèvre)

03 - 1/3 cup toasted walnuts or pecans, chopped

04 - 2 tbsp honey

→ Herbs

05 - 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

# How To Make:

01 - Wash and core the pears, then slice each into 8 even wedges
02 - Arrange the pear slices on a serving platter
03 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place about 1/2 teaspoon of goat cheese onto each pear wedge
04 - Sprinkle the chopped toasted nuts evenly over the cheese-topped pears
05 - Drizzle each bite lightly with honey
06 - Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired. Serve immediately
