01 - Slice each date lengthwise on one side to create an opening. Gently remove the pit while keeping the date intact.
02 - Using a small spoon, fill each date cavity with approximately ½ tablespoon of almond butter. Spread evenly to fill the pocket completely.
03 - Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each burst until smooth and fully melted.
04 - Drizzle melted chocolate over the stuffed dates. Sprinkle immediately with chopped roasted almonds and a pinch of flaky sea salt while chocolate is warm.
05 - Arrange dates on a baking sheet or plate. Serve immediately for soft texture, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set the chocolate for a firmer finish.
